Epic items are level of item quality above Rare, but below Legendary. Epic quality items can be found in end-game instances, from various professions, world drops, and reputation purchases and arena / battlegrounds.

Many epics are part of the Armor Sets, which are coordinated sets of class-specific armor that provide excellent bonuses. With these bonuses u will be like the Uber God and you will kill all that come your way. Your stats will be inremented hugely!

To get arena Epics you will have to play @ least 10 matches a week at level 70 for quite a long time. Every week teh points are calculated and untill you reach a certain amount of points you can get the items you desire. The Arena Epic Gear is great and can be purched from the goblins @ Area 52!

You can take practise runs when you are below 70 but the points dont count, @ 70 the real work starts! Its good that it takes a long time else everybody would have the epics gear on them and that would not be cool.

If you have a 5 man team you can also join the seasonal contests if you are in the top! If you win you might get an amazing flying Dragon mount!!!!! This will raise you to god status for sure hehe
